2-hour business wellness experience for women business owners designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with the work you’re creating. Through guided journaling, intentional reflection, and a hands-on boundary practice, participants will clarify how they want their business to feel moving forward and create a simple, sustainable self-care plan. Each attendee will receive a self-care workbook, an affirmation card with a wooden stand, and enjoy rest-centered refreshments.
